When should I cancel the reservation? Is there a fee for canceling the reservation?

 

You can cancel a booking, which is made via Hotel Official Website, for free of charge, if you cancel it prior to 1 day.

You can cancel a booking, which is made on the phone or via e-mail (only for Korean), for free of charge, if you cancel it prior to 2 days.

For booking via other booking websites, please check the rules on the booking confirmation and contact the website you reserved.

If you no-show or cancel after the free cancellation deadline, a 100% fee will be charged.
