How can I find an item I left in my room?

Items left in the guest room will be kept for up to 3 months from the date they are found, after which they will be disposed of.

Perishable items will be stored in a refrigerated or frozen condition for 1 day only before disposal.

For lost item inquiries, please contact us by email or phone with the following information:
